The PExA share

• PExA AB has two classes of shares: A shares that entitle the holder to ten (10) votes per share and B shares that entitle the owner to one (1) vote per share.
• A shares are held by a small number of principal owners.
• The Pexa share has been listed on Spotlight Stock Market since november 2 2015 under the ticker PEXA and is traded through banks and stockbrokers.
